Hydraulics is a branch of science concerned with the practical applications
of fluids, primarily liquids, in motion. Hydraulics has its theoretical
foundations in Fluid Mechanics.
As far as water systems are concerned, hydraulics primarily deals with
flow of water in pipes, rivers and man-made channels including relevant
water storage facilities such as dams and tanks.
Understanding of water systems and the
ability to utilise their full potential always includes understanding
of system's hydraulics.

If you require assistance in investigating
your system's hydraulics you are invited to consult with
hydraulics team. The team covers both closed (pipelines, tunnels) and
open (channels, rivers) water systems ranging from municipal water distribution,
stromwater and sewer reticulation to irrigation canals and hydropower
water conveyance schemes.
Depending on the purpose of the investigations required, the appropriate
methodologies and analytical tools for either steady or unsteady hydraulic
investigations are proposed.

line for hydraulics is available here.
