INVITATION TO TENDER
Tenders are hereby invited for the supply
and installation of material and equipment for the SAND RIVER NORTH WELLFIELD
REHABILITATION AND EXTENTION, CONTRACT NUMBER: 42/2000 which includes:
- the supply, delivery and installation of all materials with a twelve month
defects liability period
- equipping of approximately 6 borehole pump stations
- construction of HT electrical supply and installation of approximately 4000m
medium diameter PVC and/or GMS pipes
- borehole rehabilitation on selected boreholes by means of air lifting, jetting
and/or redrilling
- pumping tests on selected boreholes

23rd FEBRUARY 2001 AT 12:00 at the following offices:

0699 or at the day of the site inspection.

Tender documents are available on the
payment of a non refundable deposit of R200.00 (TWO HUNDRED RAND).
Cheques to be made payable to the “Polokwane
Municipality”.
A compulsory site inspection will be
held on the 27th FEBRUARY 2001 AT 11:00am. Prospective tenderers are to meet
the Engineer AT THE OFFICES OF WSM CIVIL ENGINEERS, 39 KERK STREET, PIETERSBURG.
Tenderers are to arrange for their own
transport.
Tenders in sealed envelopes mark “CONTRACT
NUMBER: 42/2000 - SAND RIVER NORTH WELLFIELD REHABILITATION AND EXTENSION” must
be placed in the tender box at Polokwane Municipality Building, Civic Centre,
Landdros Mare Street on or before 12:00am on the closing date, 5th MARCH 2001.
Telegraphic, telefax or e-mail tenders
will NOT be accepted.
The Council is not bound to accept the
lowest or any tender.
